Learn how to decorate cakes and sweet treats using basic buttercream techniques and
simple-to-pipe flowers, creating modern and traditional cake designs.

Price: Course Fee $285 – Eligible for Skills Future Credit claim


Topics covered:

• Make icing the right consistency to decorate
• Fill and use a decorating bag
• Ice and decorate cake with the latest techniques
• Make six different buttercream icing flowers
• Pipe lines and make simple borders, letters and shapes on cake
• Transfer images on cake to decorate

Students are required to prepare their
own icing medium, cakes and cupcakes.

Ask for our Convenience Pack 1 & 2,  if you do not wish
to bring your own cake, cupcakes and buttercream.
